Whitewater alum Katie Farrell named LAX All-American

Whitewater alum Katie Farrell finished off a storied career at Limestone College with a host of postseason honors, including

Whitewater alum Katie Farrell ended her college lacrosse career with a bang. Farrell, a midfielder at Limestone College in Gaffney, SC, was named an All-American by multiple publications for her record-breaking performance.
Farrell finished fifth in all of Division II and broke a school record with 73 goals. She also added 39 draw controls and 36 goals for the Limestone Saints. She graduates tied for the school's career record for goals at 161.
The Saints went undefeated in the regular season and won their conference, making a seventh consecutive postseason trip.
Farrell was named to Lacrosse Magazine's Division II Women's Lacrosse All-American Team, along with IWLCA First-Team All-American honors and All-Conference Carolinas First-Team.
