Services reduced but library remains open during update

2013-03-21

All public libraries across Georgia will be performing an EVERGREEN Upgrade starting at 6 p.m. on March 21 and continuing to March 22, 23 to allow for better searching results and enhancements to the catalog with many other great features. All PINES services will become available on March 25, 2013.
During the time of the EVERGREEN upgrade, the library will remain open, but our regular services will be reduced. No PINES services will be available throughout the upgrade to use the Internet, to check out or in books, place a book on hold, renew a library card, pay library fines, or use the catalog computers to look up books. You are our third place and we will graciously be here to assist you with any materials for browsing.
We invite you to come back on Saturday, March 23, starting at 1:00 p.m. to meet six incredible local aspiring writers at the 7th annual Emerging Writers Showcase at the Fayette County Public Library. Refreshments will be served.
