Mr. Bryce Burton Michael, of Fayetteville, passed away on December 20, 2012 at the age of 22.
Bryce was a happy person who was always smiling. He had a great sense of humor and always found ways to make others laugh. He had a positive attitude and was blessed with a gift of making people feel important.
Bryce was a 2008 graduate of Whitewater High School where he was a member of the football team and wrestling team. He had also attained the rank of Eagle Scout where he was a part of troop 73. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, tinkering with cars and hanging out with his friends.
Bryce is survived by his parents, Thomas and K.C. Michael of Fayetteville; sister Nataleah Michael of Fayetteville; grandparents Billy and Patricia Childress of Cuthbert, Chris and Esther Michael of Jackson; great-grandmother Hassie Padgett of Atlanta; aunts and uncles Robert Michael, Christie Daniels, Tiffany Michael all of Jackson; Kimberly and Greg Greer of McDonough, Douglas and Marcia Fields of Sharpsburg, Patrick and Niki Childress of Columbus, Rudy and Karla Stone of Leesburg; numerous cousins; many friends; and his faithful four legged friend Roscoe.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Carl J. Mowell and Son, Fayetteville Chapel. Pastor Philip Edge officiated. Interment followed at Forest Lawn memorial Gardens.
